By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your e-mail, personal information and payment information.
The Purchases section is for businesses that sell online (physical or digital).
All sales made via website or by contacting our location are final.
Appointment Cancellations
All recovery sessions require a 4 HOUR cancellation notice or the member will receive a $10 charge and lose the scheduled session.
All treatment sessions require a 24 HOUR cancellation notice or the service will still be charged in full.
Subscriptions and Memberships
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription and recurring basis ("Subscription(s)" "Memberships"). You will be billed in advance or on a recurring basis. Memberships will auto renew unless given a 30 day notice.
All changes to memberships have to be completed with form received by desk via in person or via email.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Generator Athlete Lab
Generator Athlete Lab has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Generator Athlete Lab shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Information Collected
Generator Athlete Lab may collect information, such as your e-mail address, name and phone number.
Information about your computer hardware and software also may be automatically collected. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Generator Athlete Lab for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our website.
Use Of Your Information
We collect and use your personal information to operate our website and deliver the services you have requested. We will send one welcome email following registration to all registered patrons. We also send periodical service updates to users.
We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties.
Cancellations
We require a 30-day cancellation notice (one full-billing cycle) if you wish to cancel your membership.
