Elizabeth Thorp
My love for massage is fueled by my desire to help others feel free in their bodies and empowered to move, live and truly enjoy love lives.
My style is slow, deep and intuitive. My massage work integrates Myofascial work (fascia is so cool!), Deep Tissue, Acupressure, stretching and deep Swedish. Chronic pain is so normalized in our society but it doesn’t have to be our normal. Targeted, pain-melting massage can transform posture, maintain your muscular health and aid in recovery from your active life!
I graduated with a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin, before pursuing massage therapy and attending The Lauterstein Conway School of Massage. My love for holistic learning never ends—since then I have received advanced training in myofascial work, sound therapy, acupressure and chair massage.
I love all forms of movement but especially running, strength training, yoga and skateboarding! When I’m not at work or working out, you can find me basking in the sun, writing, trying new gluten-free recipes and playing with my two kitties, Leo & Clea-Marie.
